Sleep is a complex, individual and dynamic process. My work is based on the complexity and at the same time the simplicity of human's system and behaviors. I became passionate about pediatric sleep during my studies and I made my passion my work. The success of my methods comes from a very global and respectful approach. Your child is an individual like you and your family members so you need a personalized solution. You have your own way. Respecting that is the most important point of my consultations.


Children need sleep to grow, discover and enjoy their everyday life. Humans spend in average one third of their life sleeping. Quality sleep is as essential to live as food and water. Like walking we have all learned it.


Parenting can be demanding at times and requires a lot of your resources. Having a baby is a psychological revolution that changes our relationship to almost everything and everyone. My work is to support and guide you to get the serenity and the harmony of sleep back to your family respecting your values and your culture! My method works with verbal and physical reassurance to gently modify behaviors. NO "crying-it-out" methods! The bond between the parents and the child is precious. It needs to be respected and nurtured.

The Mother Behind


My name is Chloé Huth. I studied clinical child psychology for six years in Paris. After my graduation, I worked in my field with confidence and success. When I got pregnant with our first baby, I was quite confident in my abilities to understand and fulfill her needs. But a couple of months after giving birth, I became overwhelmed and tired. Our nights were interrupted several times and some days the atmosphere at home could have been better. I had to relearn what I knew and I had to approach everything I learned from a different angle. Eventually, I found the right mix between my university degree and my experience as a mother.


My goal is to share with other families the methods and the techniques which I developed and honed to offer a better sleep and harmony for you, your family and your little one(s). It's based on a gentle counselling approach to guide you how to develop good sleeping habits and promote a strong parent-child bond. It is really important to me to respect your needs as well as your child's.
